Founded in 2023 by brothers Ali and Sam Harb, Ironcuffs was created with a simple mission: to build training tools that help athletes push their limits and improve their performance. Our team comes from different athletic backgrounds including combat sports, strength training, and functional fitness. This experience allows us to design equipment that is not only durable, but also built with real training in mind.

One of our latest innovations is the Iron Mirror, the world’s first punching mirror designed specifically for combat sports training. It allows fighters to practice strikes, refine technique, and receive real visual feedback while training.
